    GOKO Measure Plus maximizes the functions of GOKO microscopes for science / medical research purpose.

    "GOKO Measure Plus" software partners with top-quality GOKO microscopes for expanded functionality and visually enhanced images. It provides advanced image processing and analytical functions, at a reasonable price, for observation and research of living tissues such as capillaries, skin, and cells.

    Image Tiling (Image Connecting)

    Image Tiling allows you to easily create a composite image. You can quickly combine multiple images to create a vertical and horizontal composite. In viewing details, the composite shows the entire subject, maintaining the number of pixels of the original image.
    You can combine images either during or after photographing them.

    Scenario: I wanted to take panoramic snapshots of the capillaries of the entire fingertip with ultra-high-magnified images.
    Scenario: When presenting the change of the number of capillaries in the nail-fold, I want to display the entire image, including the peripheral area around the observation target area, in order to avoid criticism that I intentionally manipulated the results."

    Live Superposition (Image Overlay Position)

    You can display the live camera image overlaid on the still photo.
    This enables alignment of the two images for precise comparison.
    Transparency of the overlaid images can be easily adjusted.

    Free Line Length Measurement

    In addition to normal straight-line and multi-line measurement, free-line measurement is possible.
    It enables accurate measure of the length of free-hand lines by manually tracing them.

    Auto Detection

    Automatically detect the range, and measures such things as area, area ratio, perimeter, etc.
    The range of brightness and color for auto-detection can also be adjusted.

    Measurement Assistance (Stick-to-edge Function)

    The mouse cursor is automatically docked to the border of the image to be measured, thus reducing human errors.

    The parameters of image detection can be adjusted according to the nature of the subject.

    You can enlarge a part of the display and recognize accurately the location of the mouse cursor.

    Scenario: I want to shorten the measurement time of the width of blood vessels and skin grooves.

    Enables display scale bar, grid and crossline on both still and live-camera images for quicker observation. Features can easily be turned on/off by one click.

    The color of crossline on the live-camera image can be automatically changed at borders of the images.

    • Activation is valid for only one PC.
    • As long as a licensed PC is operable, the license can be transferred to one another PC. If the licensed PC is inoperable, the license cannot be transferred to another PC.
    • GOKO Measure Plus is available for optional purchase activated from a dongle (USB) drive that is usable for one PC at a time. We encourage the user to consult with us prior to purchase to efficiently accommodate their software needs.
