Background to the Introduction

Seeking Better Equipment for Patients ― Researching the Options and Experiencing the System Firsthand

While researching equipment for capillary observation online, Dr. Touyama discovered the GOKO Bscan-ZD and contacted us directly by phone.

When we informed her that GOKO happened to be exhibiting at a medical conference at the time, she promptly visited our booth at the conference and experienced the GOKO Bscan-ZD firsthand.

As she examined and operated the actual system, Dr. Touyama asked many detailed questions about its features and operation, carefully confirming each point. Her enthusiasm and thoughtful approach made a strong impression on our team.

We were deeply impressed by Dr. Touyama's commitment to personally evaluating equipment and selecting solutions she could be confident in, always with the goal of providing the best possible environment for her patients.

Introduction and Use

Real-Time Observation of Patients' Capillary Morphology and Blood Flow

At Touyama Clinic , the GOKO Bscan-ZD is used as one of the clinic's observation systems for examining capillaries at the nailfold of the fingertips.

The GOKO Bscan-ZD enables clear, real-time observation of capillary morphology and blood flow at the nailfold and other areas of the body. Users can switch between approximately 720× high magnification and approximately 200× low magnification (magnification on a 20-inch monitor).

Touyama Clinic also introduces the GOKO Bscan-ZD on its website as "a high-performance system that enables real-time observation of capillaries and blood flow throughout the body simply by placing the scope on the area of interest, without the use of needles."
