    (i) No need to adjust focusing, even while zooming in and out

    You only need to touch the skin with EV-4DU. No need to adjust focusing, even while zooming in and out.
    EV-4DU is always "in-focus" during touching object (skin) at any magnification from 50× to 130×,
    on 17-inch monitor: SXGA.

    (ii) Extremely easy operation: Can easily change magnification with one hand

    To change magnification is extremely easy: just turn "magnification ring" around with one hand, which made possible by its convenient handgrip.

    (iii) Features waterproof tip that is applicable to use of gel or oil lubricant

    Black colored tip is waterproof that is applicable to use of gel or oil lubricant.
    Taking care is extremely easy only by wiping the point off to keep it clean.

    Outputs high resolving power image directly on computer display

    EV-4DU features 1.3-mega pixels image sensor and displays high quality live image directly on computer display through a USB cable. Captured images can be saved by BMP or JPG format easily, which are suitable for being projected onto big screen by projector or printed largely.


    Features high luminosity LED: cool, bright, and extremely long-life!

    LED has extremely long life unlike halogen lamps and thus there is no need to change bulbs. No heat is generated that may damage skin or scalp over long observation periods.

    USB Port Built-in USB 2.0 Port (Not guaranteed to operate with USB 1.1 nor USB 2.0 card)

    In rare instances, the product may not operate due to incompatibility, even though the environment satisfies the abovementioned criteria. We do not indemnify any loss resulting from problems or malfunctions caused due to incompatibility.

    For Lenovo PC Users

    The driver may not be installed because of "(IBM) Rescue and Recovery," which is normally built into some models of Lenovo. Please temporarily delete the software and install the driver for EV-4D USB as below procedures.

    (1) Delete "(IBM) Rescue and Recovery" using "Add or Remove Programs" in the Control Panel list.
    (2) Install the driver for EV-4D USB.
    (3) Re-install "(IBM) Rescue and Recovery" from c:¥ibmtools¥APPS¥IBMRNR.
    (The location of the file may be different in some models.)

    Please contact the support center of your PC manufacturer for further details concerning "(IBM) Rescue and Recovery."
